I saw Toy Story 3 yesterday. Once again, Marshall sums up my feelings perfectly.

Someone pointed out (I forgot who) that while Dreamworks makes funnies for adults in that kind of nudge nudge wink wink way, Pixar (and sometimes Disney) always speaks to your inner kid, and that's what makes their movies special. I'd have to agree with that!
