I've been re-watching the second season of Venture Brothers, and damn, there was a lot of funny I forgot happned. It has been about 4-5 years since I watched it though (HOLY CRAP!)! These aren't all the funny moments from the second season, that would take up too many posts, but these are moments I forgot had happened and made me LOL IRL when they happened.

I was expecting it to be worse than that! It doesn't look too bad. Obviously not meant for me, but kids will probably like it.

This one however, not feeling it so much. It is still just a teaser trailer. But something seems...off...? Of course Smurfs will forever remind me of 21 and 24's argument over whether Smurfs were mammals or reptiles. XD

Kuch Kuch Hota Hai was on TV today! I can never not tear up at that movie. I dunno why, the plot isn't exactly something spectacular. I'm sure it's cos of Kajol. Lady tears up and I'm totally gone. XD Unfortunately, the film brings about nostalgic feelings and memories of when I was in school and things were so simple. Ah youth.

Just when I think I can't love this show anymore, they make references to Boy Meets World, Kenan & Kel and Teddy Ruxpin all in one episode. There were more I'm sure, I've gotta watch it again though. There were some awesome one liners too!

Okay Marvel, I'm gonna just give up getting upset about 616 Spider-Man books now, it's probably not very good for my health. But, if you're gonna keep going in this direction, then please make it interesting and just have Peter sleep with every single female in the Marvel universe. It's not like he'd be anymore out of character than he already is!

And I just found out (very late I may add) that one of my favourite characters in Naruto totally snuffed it!! :( Stop to be doing this please! I do actually wanna go back and read this manga one day!

Lesson learned today: Don't go reading up on things you've missed without having an episode of One Piece handy. ^_^

On a lighter note, this week's Venture Brothers was both hilarious and disturbing! I want to just keep randomly saying THAT IS A MUG! for no reason. XD

Having (finally) bought the first season on DVD and watched it for the first time about 2 or 3 years after it aired in the UK, I must say that Venture Brothers is probably the most consistently hilarious animated show I've seen in a long time. I like that most of the humour comes from the wit of the writing and the excellent dialogue, instead of "fart jokes" although there are the occasional ones of those too.

In short, if you've run out of things to watch this Summer, or just need a good laugh, Venture Brothers is for you! And here's why! (I've used clips that while funny, don't really have any spoilers)

( The clip that made me fall in love with this show. Probably the one I quote the most too. You WILL cry from laughter. )
